Cowaramup Country is a land development in the heart of the South West. It’s also a heart-felt vision for the future of Cowaramup.
Developers, the Earl family, are third generation residents of Cowaramup, and it was obvious right from our first meeting that they had an immense passion for a place they call home.
A comprehensive marketing strategy was developed which lead to the development of a new brand and advertising strategy, both of which reflect the true vision of the Earls. Since the implementation of the new brand and the ‘Think About It’ strategy sales within the development have increased steadily.
