Developing customer loyalty is important to ChocolArt and they have a number of programmes underway to achieve this.
During their launch programme they offered a free bite size chocolate with every drink purchased and gave away over 3000 chocolates in two weeks before the official launch date.
Customer feedback is encouraged and advice received is always considered. A loyalty card offering your tenth coffee free has been embraced by customers, some returning three times in one day.
Brochures containing some of the interesting history and trivia about chocolate are available for customers to take and share with family and friends.
Other programmes are being developed and will begin as ChocolArt expands.
