Situated off Wildwood Road in Yallingup on a hilly site, the Matisse Olive Grove has planted over 5000 trees since 1999. The major tree stock is Tuscan - Frantoio and Corregiola - with other varieties for both oiling and table olives such as Kalamata, Barnea, Koroneiki and Pendulino.
Every year since their first bottling of oil, Matisse has won awards for the excellence and quality of their work.
